Sushi Moka is an outstanding name in the world of gastronomy, specializing in Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has always prided itself on delivering exquisite sushi dishes in an inviting, comfortable environment. To maintain their outstanding reputation and ensure the best experience for both their guests and staff, Sushi Moka turned to Fan Rescue for their ventilation and air conditioning needs.
The project’s scope required not only the standard extraction and ventilation system, but also advanced air conditioning and high-level odor control due to the specific nature of the cuisine served. To ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests and a comfortable working environment for chefs, Fan Rescue devised a comprehensive solution that met these needs perfectly.
Two LTHW/CHW chilled water air conditioning fan coil units were designed and installed by Fan Rescue’s experienced engineers. These systems provide reliable and efficient cooling and heating, maintaining a steady, comfortable temperature throughout the restaurant. Regardless of outside weather conditions, the interior of Sushi Moka remains pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter, thanks to these advanced systems.
But perhaps the most impressive part of the project was the very high-level odor control kitchen extraction system. Given the potent aromas that can come from a bustling sushi kitchen, a powerful and effective extraction system was crucial. Fan Rescue’s team installed an advanced system that terminates at a low level, efficiently extracting and dispersing cooking odors. This prevents the aromas from overwhelming the dining area and ensures a pleasant and aromatic atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meal.
This collaborative project between Sushi Moka and Fan Rescue is a testament to Fan Rescue’s ability to provide tailored solutions for each client’s specific needs. By integrating advanced air conditioning and extraction systems, Sushi Moka was able to enhance their customer experience and maintain the high standards they are known for.
